What area should we live in?
To help give you a better idea we have broken Asheville down to five areas; central, north, south, east, west, so that we can share some of the highlights of the city and give you a quick glance at Asheville real estate. Hopefully this will help you determine what area you might prefer to live and purchase real estate in.
North Asheville is one of the most popular areas in Asheville, made so in part by the the beautiful Beaver Lake, the historic Grove Park Inn, and the Asheville Country Club. These locations and others offer all sorts of recreation including golf, tennis, fitness, jogging and boating, while Merrimon Avenue, which runs right through north Asheville, offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. Real estate in north Asheville owes much of its popularity to its great location. Downtown Asheville is usually only a short drive, but homes are also close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the French Broad River. And as one strays just off the main road, mountainous areas offer homes with breathtaking views, without sacrificing a great location.
Real estate is humming in north Asheville, with plenty of homes for sale and plenty of homes the have recently sold. I know you would be more than satisfied with everything this area of Asheville has to offer. You really can't beat with it's close proximity to the Interstate, shopping, lake, river, country clubs, parks, golf, recreations and downtown Asheville. I could go on and on about the north, so if you are thinking along the lines of making a real estate purchase, we would love to give you a free no obligation tour of north Asheville.
