Asheville’s newest course under construction is The Cliffs at High Carolina designed by Tiger Woods. This beautiful course and amenities has an estimated completion date of around 2012. The Cliffs at High Carolina extends over about 700 acres and has one of the most comprehensive club memberships in the world offering full access to all eight Cliffs Communities.

Reems Creek Golf Community, located in Weaverville NC. This community offers a stunning 18 hole course surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains which offers some of the best views around. Reems Creek Golf offers a club house, pool and tennis with very reasonable membership fees. Reems Creek Golf is located about 10 minutes to downtown Weaverville and less than 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. Reems Creek Golf Community residential real estate ranges in price from about $300,000-$1,000,000. Lot prices range around $60,000-150,000. 

Asheville Country Club, located in north Asheville in the Beaver Lake/Lakeview Park area. This course is a local landmark and offering exceptional mountain views. Amenities  include a 37,000 sq' club house, fine dining, pool, tennis, pro-shop, fitness center and more. Located about 10 minutes to downtown Asheville, in close proximity to Grove park and the Grove Park Inn, shopping, Beaver Lake. Asheville Country Club area real estate ranges in price from about $300,000 to + - several million.

High Vista Country Club, located in the south on the Buncombe/Henderson county line.  High Vista is located 12 miles from Asheville and Hendersonville North Carolina on Rt. 191, ten minutes from Asheville Regional Airport and only minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and near the French Broad River. High Vista is a unique, gated, country club community. Offering 1+ acre lots and resale's on 665 acres. Both mountain-view lots and golf course-view lots  are available (some with both!). Wildlife abounds, led by wild turkey and deer. Single - family homes, town homes, and condos are available. Currently there are 250 residences.
